These are the questions that you might encounter when you join the GAF
















How do I come to know that i have won the bid and it's time for me to start working?

You'll recieve email notification, also You'll be able to see status of project at Provider Activity page in your account managemant area.
After recieving such notification and before starting to work on the project You must Accept or Deny the offer.

If you agree to start the project, please follow these steps:

1. Login to account management area
2. Open Provider Activity
3. Find the project
4. Click at Accept/Deny
5. Accept or Deny project offer

At once after accepting project You'll recieve email containing direct contacts of project owner.

IMPORTANT: You can recieve escrow payments, continue discussing project details and fulfil project requirements only when project offer is accepted by You.

Why my project is Frozen?

Frozen status means that our system is waiting for actions of project owner or chosen provider.

Project becomes Frozen at once after bidding period finished. Bids are not accepted at this time.

Bidding period can be extended maximum to 35 days. If You want to reopen your project and accept more bids login and use Extend function to prolong bidding.

When project owner chooses a winning bid project also becomes Frozen. This time the system waits for actions of the chosen provider. If the winner accepts the offer project is marked as closed.

What is PMB?

PMB is a Private message board. You're to discuss project details only in PMB. Direct communication by email, instant messangers, phone, etc is not allowed unless it is a Featured project. If you are a bidder and want to ask a question click at Post PM near project owner's username. If you are a service buyer and want to contact your bidders you're to open project and click at Post PM near bidder's username. Messages can be read by clicking at View PM near username of message sender.

About Payment

Can I use money from pending escrow payment to pay GAF fees?

No. Pending escrow payment must be released first. As soon as your service buyer finishes payment, it'll be added to your balance and can be used to pay fees, withdrawn using available payment methods.

What does transaction "Amount locked to process withdrawal" mean?

It means that your we are currently sending your withdrawal. As soon as payment sent transaction will be converted to normal "Withdrawal ..." and you'll receive details about it by email.


I submitted a withdrawal request. How much time does it take to receive money?

If your request was submitted before Monday, it'll be sent next Monday-Tuesday. If request is dated Monday or Tuesday, we will send money next week. As soon as payment sent, you will receive notification by email with details of withdrawal.
Payments can be delayed in some cases because of security reasons.

What is the comission I will have to pay to do a project as a Service Provider?

We take 10% (min $5) of the amount in your bid. If you bid on a Featured project no comission is taken. You can also upgrade to Gold membership and pay $12 monthly only.
