The Company is regulated by Swedish laws

All Swedish companies limited by shares (aktiebolag) must submit their annual reports to the registration authority, Bolagsverket.

There are no exceptions to this rule. For example, a company which is classified as a private (privat) has the same obligation as one which is classified as a public (publikt) and the rule applies to dormant companies, as well as to those carrying out active business.

It is the responsibility of the board of directors to ensure that the annual report is filed in the prescribed manner.
